Nueva Ecija

Welcome

This is the sunflowers in Central Luzon State University (CLSU) is a state university on a 658-hectare campus in Muñoz, Nueva Ecija, Philippines. The first thoughts that come to mind when you mention Nueva Ecija to a Filipino, are dairy and carabao. But, it’s also a tourist destination! What exactly do you do in a region that’s primarily known for dairy and carabaos? Sounds like a boring trip, you might say. Not so! There are many great things to see and experience in Nueva Ecija. So when I heard of an opportunity to take a road trip offered by the North Philippines Visitors Bureau through their Lakbay Norte project, of course I jumped on it!

After getting in sunflower garden. We went to Milkakrem coffee shop

Milka Cream view
with my brother

Nueva Ecija Federation of Dairy Carabao Cooperative (Nefedcco) is the center of the dairy activity here, which produces the most carabao milk in the province from among its 27 farmer-cooperatives and five associate member-cooperatives. Of its daily procured volume, most of it, or 650 liters, is sold as raw milk, and the rest is processed into pasteurized milk, chocolate milk, lacto juice, pastillas plain and yema, white cheeses and pastillas de leche. Orders for ice cream and cheese pimiento are also accepted.

After going to milka krem were going to nueva small forest

The Strawberry Farm is located in the nearby town of La Trinidad, Benguet, about less than 10 kms away or 30 minutes travel time from the center of Baguio.

welcome

This is my first time in Baguio. Our first destination is Strawberry Farm.

Picking fresh strawberries is one of the most awesome experiences on the outskirts of Baguio. It is a fun activity for your family, especially for the kids. They also get to appreciate and learn where strawberries come from.

After going to the strawberry farm we went to Burn Ham park

Relax TIme

Traveling is one of the favorite hobbies almost all people have. There are several ways for traveling around the world, and they all include some good things and some bad things. Backpacking and staying in hotels are two of the most common ways of traveling.

Hotels are one of the most comfortable ways of traveling, but only if you have enough money. This way of traveling is mostly used by families and people.

After that we experience the white sand of Bolinao. It is so far but still is very beautiful.

If you want to go here, you need to have patience especially in driving.

Dungaree Beach

First time

This is when my first time going to Subic Beach.

When we visited here it a beautiful day and the views of Subic and the mountains was spectacular see .

This beach has a nice swimming area. This beach needs some serious clean-up. The place looked messy with all the withered leaves and garbage that people who stayed there left. The staff of this beach should prioritize cleanliness.

First Picture

These beaches are great for swimming for all ages as the water for quite a distance from the shore is shallow and warm. If you want to maximize your trip enjoying the marvelous beach and water sport activity don’t forget to come here.

I’m not ready yet HEHE

I am enjoying the view here i love there foods and i love enjoying bonding with my family.

Beat the heat

In my back part that is the Dungree mountain

After swimming, we ate for a few more minutes and watched the sunset.

Monasterio de Tarlac

I love this view

Monasterio de Tarlac is where the Relic of the Holy Cross can be found. It is rightly placed atop a mountain at San Jose in Tarlac, surrounded by lush greenery, in great contrast to the deathly Calvary which is believed to be where Jesus was crucified. And on this site in the monastery, pilgrims flock to venerate the “one true cross” and to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Bestfriend’s Adventure

This is when we celabrated Fatima’s birthday last January 2019. She understands when I need my space, and gives it to me accordingly. She is really funny and we have a very similar sense of humour and helps me with my school work in any way that she can.

Bestfriends’s Bonding
Spent time with them
Happiest moment

We have lots of in-jokes I can be really open and honest with them they always listens. We’ve supported each other through a lot in the just over a year that we’ve  know each other. We get along really well (we both have similar values and like similar things).
They filled me up, make me whole when I am with them. They laugh at my jokes without fail, otherwise they would let me know it wasn’t funny. I felt secured and safe around them whilst being completely myself. Even though we’ve been through a lot, we are still closer then ever I can trust them with my darkest thoughts and secrets.

The view on Monesteryo

This place is a nice and a beutiful place so that we can able to pray properly and silent. You can also able to relax.

Church

We also attended the mass at Monesteryo De Tarlac in the morning, i think that is 10-11am. After attending mass we eat their lunch and celebrating Fatima’s birthday. This is one of my favorite adventure with them.

Some travels need not to be planned. And sometimes, the best thing comes in the most unexpected experience. You don’t need a visa or passport to go to your dream Rome, Italy destination and see the infamous Colosseum or Coliseum also known as the Flavian Amphitheatre. In less than a 3-hour drive, but if you are near Tarlac Provice it is just 1 hour drive experience an extra-different summer

The place is lovely and romantic. The swimming area is designed to mimic Greek-inspired architecture. With the columns, white theme and furniture you’ll definitely feel like bathing in Europe

Nice place
With them

We only visited the place in order to see what is there and spent a few hours to look around and explore the place. The place was so pleasant, peaceful and nice place for photo op. Where it feels like Rome…. The Colosseum was replicated from an ancient architecture in Rome.

Manaoag Church

The Basilica of The Our Lady of the Rosary of Manaoag (Basilica Minore de Nuestra Senora del Rosario De Manaoag) or The Our Lady of Manaoag Church as it is commonly referred to, is considered the center of Roman Catholic Devotion in Pangasinan and one of the major religious landmarks in the country.

Through the years, the Church is continuously drawing catholic devotees from all over the country from all walks of life who heard about the miracles it bring to the people. Hundreds of testimonials and tales have been shared by the devotees who experienced miraculous healings and granting of prayers and wishes.

Simple but elegant

Just went to the famous Minor Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary of Manaoag or simply called Manaoag Church in Pangasinan
The mass usually run for about an hour. The church is full house even if it is only 5:00AM. Luckily, we managed to grab seats 5 from the front facing the altar. There is a blessing of religious items every after mass.

With my cousin

At the back of the church (rightside), you can find The Our Lady of Manaoag Rosary Garden. It is a place where devotees can pray the rosary with life-sized statues arranged according to the mystery. Each mystery you will pass on will transport you back to the Life of Jesus Christ.
Inside the Garden, you will find serenity and peace within as you recollect with God and its wonders. Lush greenery will surely renew your body and soothe your spirit. Gazebos and concrete chairs are also available inside that provide shades and seats. However, be mindful of the rules and regulations set for using/visiting the Rosary Garden

Rosary Garden

Rosary Garden is a compendium or a summary of a gospel. Another sight to behold and for the whole family to enjoy is the Rosary Garden. Giving importance to the devotion of the Rosary and catching a breath of fresh air from city life, this area reminds the pilgrims of the beauty of God’s Creation in nature, and at the same time the beauty of God’s grace shared in the mysteries of Rosary.

Dasol Pangasinan

This one of the favorite destinations in the Pangasinan because of its numerous tourist spots and beach sites that can be found in the province. My family plans to explore those different beaches. The Hidden Beauty of Dasol, Pangasinan

Here we come Colibra

Going to the island was scary, waves were really strong, it was really a long and bumpy ride

Colibra Island is also known as Snake Island, according to the local people sea snakes were visible in the area before. However, it slowly disappeared maybe because their habitat was already disturbed. Since the island is small you can roam in about 10-15minutes. It is carpeted with creamy white sand with large pebbles and coral rocks scattered throughout. Crystal-clear waters and different rock formations surrounded the whole island.

Family Adventure

Travelling has always excited me and when it gets more adventurous it is more interesting. I love travellingwith my family.
So whenever they get time, we set out for our great journeys that are filled with lots of adventures, fun and excitement. We, along with our family friends, on our holidays planned our trip and started preparations for it.

Masamirey White Sand Beach in Pangasinan

Feel the White Sand

Looking back, when I first saw Masamirey Cove Resort on the internet, I was amazed. I’ve researched places in Pangasinan and it’s the first time I’ve heard of the town Sual.
Never had I known that in Pangasinan, there’s a humble town that boasts beautiful islands, white sand beaches, and kind locals that make you feel like you’ve known them for a long time.

My first picture here in Sual
Spot

Near in Masamirey there is a lot of big stone that you take a good pictures. These naturally tumbled stones are extremely rare and are found only in one other location around the Sual.

Beach Resort

It was a small resort but it was solemn and beautiful. A good place for meditation, soul searching, mind and body relaxation. The place is quiet and we got to enjoy the place

The best thing about my cousins Ate Cath is that you never disconnect with her. Sometimes cousins are like siblings, sometimes like friends and most of the times i love my ate.

The Wonderful Hundred Islands in Pangasinan Adventure

This is my first travel here in Hundred Island

The Hundred Islands National Park is situated in Alaminos City, Pangasinan. The islands are shaped like giant umbrellas or mushrooms. The islands are about two million years of age; it was theorized that they are part of the seabed a long long time ago. Among the islands, only three have been developed for travelers and vacationists. The whole place is really like a paradise because of its clear water and sparkling blue sky which are very refreshing to the eyes. Watching the sun strike the islands and their surrounding waters is one of the wonderful views you can witness here. This island is most visited during summer period by lots of tourists both local and foreign.

Welcome Adventure

Before touring Hundred Islands, we had to register our names at the park’s information desk . The inn also owns life vests and snorkeling gear so we didn’t have to bother renting from another person anymore. We paid Php 1,800 for the medium sized boat which can accommodate 6-10 people and Php 500 for seven life vests and three snorkeling gears.

Mini-cave at Governor’s Island.

Our first stop was Governor’s Island. The island has a viewing deck where the view of the islands was pretty awesome. But before that we had to climb 100+ steps. However, the tiredness went away once I saw the astounding view at the top.

After to the Governor’ Island. We’re going to Lopez Island

I love this pictures

The 3rd part is we are going to Virgin Island, we ride a boat to go there.

We were back on the boat, and passed some of the famous islands like Romulo island, Turtle and Scout islands among others, until we stayed for a few minutes of swimming at Marcos Island. After going to Romulo island you need walk it is just hunging bridge

Happy monents
Scared

I’m so scared at heights. I’am looking out from the top of a building. But you still need to balance. Your eyes try to help you keep your balance.

We just sat there, enjoying the place, talking about anything. Later that afternoon, we then transferred to Quezon island, to kill some time before going back to the mainland.

Quezon Island probably has the best sand among the islands there. It’s white and powdery. We went up to the third floor of one house there just to eat.

We ate for a few more minutes and watched the sunset.
